Remik’s first office was a 100-square-foot space. The Remik Group, founded by Praful Contractor, started operating under the banner of Remik Trading Corporation and was focused on trading industrial chemicals and dyes.

With business gaining momentum, Rang Rasayan Agencies was established to further penetrate and expand within the industry.

More specialisations were added to the Remik group, which called for the incorporation of Remik Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd.

The CSR Wing of Remik Group was founded as Dahyabhai Chhotalal Charity Foundation. Over the years, millions of rupees have been disbursed for healthcare, research, education, fighting poverty, and other philanthropic activities.

Remik Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. gets added to the Remik Group to focus on the manufacturing of specialised chemicals.

Our 100th employee joins - a feat in itself

We are no longer confined to Gujarat. Remik Group has a presence across all major cities of India and has forayed into international markets as well.

Remik Group scales up in-house production of Sulfanilic Acid by setting up a new plant in Panoli, Gujarat.

After thirty-five years of relentless hard work and passion for building Remik Group, our founder, Shri Praful Contractor, retires as the CEO of Remik, leaving the organisation in the able hands of Mr. Chanakya Contractor.

Remik Pharma was incorporated with a mission to evolve into a leading global pharmaceutical company and have a meaningful impact on patients worldwide.

Remik Group crosses more than ₹500+ crores in revenue.
